Job Duties:

  • Taking inbound calls (No selling)
  • Answering clients questions
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a positive and collaborative tone with both customers and co-workers.
  • Data entry (enter data accurately and efficiently into appropriate database system)
  • Handle escalated customer issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Team player
  • Computer savvy
  • Dependable (punctuality and making deadlines is key)
  • Problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Highly organized

Preferred Qualifications:

Project management
  • Local SEO knowledge and understanding
  • Post-secondary education strongly preferred
  • Customer service experience
