Account Support

Our award-winning digital presence management company is seeking a skilled and committed Account Support Representative to join our team! As an Account Support Representative, you will help resolve customer questions in a timely and professional manner. Job Duties:

  • Taking inbound calls (No selling)
  • Answering clients’ questions
  • Data entry (enter data accurately and efficiently into appropriate database system)
  • Handle escalated customer issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Team player
  • Computer savvy
  • Dependable (Punctuality and making deadlines is key)
  • Problem solver
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Highly organized
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a positive and collaborative tone with both customers and co-workers

  • Local SEO
  • Post-secondary education strongly preferred
  • Customer Service
